What is Paddle?

Paddle is our payments provider. They handle all customer payments and subscriptions.  This means when you make a payment, for example to start a new subscription, or to buy a multi-license, you will receive an email receipt from Paddle. You can contact Paddle about any transaction queries and failed payments.

Can I pause my subscription?

As of right now, no. There isn’t a way to pause or suspend your subscription. However, if you’re having issues you can send us a support ticket with your situation and we’ll see what we can do.

How can I cancel my subscription?

If you need to cancel your subscription, simply head to ‘My Account’. From here, click on ‘Manage Subscription’. You’ll be taken to the Manage Subscription page. What happens when my subscription ends?

Unless you have cancelled your subscription before the end date, your subscription will automatically roll on. So if you’re on a monthly plan, when the current monthly period ends, a new monthly billing period will begin, for which you’ll be charged.

When will I be charged next?

You will be charged on the same day as you subscribed on, for example on monthly subscription if you started it on 25 January you will be charged again on 25 February.

What subscriptions do you offer?

Weekly, monthly and yearly subscriptions. You can also buy multiple subscriptions for others using the multi-license feature.
