‘Connecting…’ message

Below are the possible reasons for getting a ‘Connecting…’ message on Listento UI.

  • VPN
  • Software (third party or built-in) or physical firewall. The Listento communicates via 80 and 443 ports
  • The user is not an administrator
  • Parental control or Screen Time (new macOs) settings
  • Possible proxy settings (common practice in many organizations)
  • Local Network Settings between router, network switch, etc.

When you do any changes or reset your network, do not forget to restart your computer.
