How can I cancel my subscription?

If you need to cancel your subscription, simply head to ‘My Account’.

From here, click on ‘Manage Subscription’. You’ll be taken to the Manage Subscription page. Click where it says ‘Click here to stop recurring payment.’ and your subscription will end when the current billing period ends.

You’ll see a popup from Paddle, where you’ll need to click ‘Cancel subscription’, and that’s it, simple as that.

You’ll then see a reminder of when your subscription will become inactive, and you’ll no longer be able to use Listento.

You’ll also receive an email from Paddle confirming that your subscription has been cancelled, and when your subscription will end.

To remind yourself when your subscription will become inactive, head back to ‘My Account’.

Your subscription will become inactive at the date displayed under ‘Next Due Date’.

You can always resume your subscription at any point whenever you need the service again.
