What should I do if I can’t login to the LISTENTO plugin or my account?

If you are unable to login to LISTENTO or your account, as you're seeing a 'not verified' message there are a few steps to go through to amend this.

When you signed up, you will have received an email from us, where you will need to click a link to verify your account.

Once you have done this, you can log into LISTENTO. During login on the website, you can choose to send a verification email again if required.
