Ensure that your collaborator has a LISTENTO Pro subscription. They won’t be able to transmit MIDI if you don’t have a LISTENTO Pro subscription.
If using the LISTENTO receiver plugin, ensure the plugin has not been disabled by dynamic plugin processing - you can avoid this by having a live audio source passing through the plug-in. In Pro Tools you can avoid this all together by disabling dynamic plugin processing.
