Why can't I hear audio from LISTENTO Web Player in chrome?

Chrome may have the setting "Sites can play sound" disabled. To allow sites to play sound, follow the below steps:

Settings
Security & Privacy
Site Settings
Navigate to Content and click on "Additional Content Settings"
Navigate to Sound and click "Sites can play sound"
